General

What is Armada?

Armada is an Atlassian Forge app that turns Jira into a command center for large-scale initiatives. It solves the “fan-out” problem by creating and tracking 50+ child issues from a single parent.

What Jira editions are supported?

Armada works with Jira Cloud (Standard, Premium, and Enterprise). Server and Data Center are not supported.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Armada runs entirely within Atlassian’s infrastructure using Forge. Your data never leaves Atlassian’s cloud.

Usage

How many teams can I target?

You can target up to 100 teams in a single campaign. For very large campaigns, consider splitting into multiple launches.

Can I edit child issues after launch?

Yes. Child issues are regular Jira issues. You can edit them like any other issue.

What happens if a project is deleted?

Armada will mark that child as inaccessible. You can clean up using Recall.

Yes. The Free tier supports up to 5 teams and basic functionality.
