Recall & Cleanup
Recall allows you to terminate a campaign and clean up all child issues.
When to Recall
Use Recall when:
- Campaign is no longer needed
- Initiative was cancelled
- Need to start fresh with different scope
Recall Process
- Open the parent issue
- Click Recall Campaign in the Armada panel
- Confirm the action
What Happens
Armada attempts to clean up each child issue:
| Scenario | Action |
|---|---|
| Can delete issue | Issue is deleted |
| Cannot delete | Issue is closed/transitioned |
| Cannot close | Issue is unlinked from parent |
Audit Trail
Recall creates an audit comment on the parent issue documenting:
- Who initiated the recall
- When it was performed
- Results for each child issue
Caution
Consider these alternatives:
- Close individual issues instead of recall
- Archive the campaign for historical reference
